Shipping & Return Policy

Age Verification & Eligibility

All orders are subject to age verification. By placing an order, you certify that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco and vapor products in your jurisdiction (21 years or older under U.S. federal law). We use third-party age-verification services and reserve the right to request additional proof of age before processing or releasing any order. Orders that cannot be age-verified will be canceled and refunded.

We do not sell to minors. Orders placed on behalf of, or for resale to, any person under the legal purchase age are strictly prohibited.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal, state, and local regulations affecting the sale and shipment of vapor and nicotine products, we are unable to ship to certain locations. Restrictions change frequently. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be lawfully shipped to the provided address. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order are legal to purchase and possess in your jurisdiction.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain product categories where carrier or regulatory rules prohibit it. An adult signature (21+) may be required at delivery on some or all shipments.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, promotions, or due to age-verification review. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Order processing and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, regulatory inspections, or events outside our control.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Available shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and applicable regulations. We reserve the right to select the carrier and shipping method appropriate for the product type and destination.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at sales@lightfirevapor.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a carrier claim. Claims are subject to carrier investigation and approval. We are not liable for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, all sales of vapor products, e-liquids, disposables, and any items that have been opened, used, or had their factory seal broken are final and non-returnable.

We accept returns only for:

  • Items that are unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging, returned within [X] days of delivery; or
  • Items you received that are defective or that we shipped in error.

To request a return, contact us at sales@lightfirevapor.com with your order number and a description of the issue before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.

Defective Products & Manufacturer Warranties

Hardware (devices, batteries, mods) may carry a limited manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and terms are set by the manufacturer, not by Lightfire Vapor. For defective hardware, contact us at sales@lightfirevapor.com within 3 days of delivery and we will help direct you to the appropriate warranty process. Consumable products (e-liquids, coils, pods, disposables) are not covered by warranty once opened or used.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it ships by contacting sales@lightfirevapor.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to the return terms above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that order.
